Lifeline offers a bespoke support service for adults with a specialism in supporting people with dementia to promote social inclusion, activity and structure to the day.
Support is also provided for people with other long conditions and their carers.
Lifeline provides services in the North Nottinghamshire, Newark and Sherwood and Bassetlaw areas.
Areas covered include Retford, Newark, Worksop and surrounding areas.
