Lesley qualified as a registered mental health nurse (RNMH) in 2007. She has worked in services supporting individuals with acquired brain injury, acute mental health conditions and dementia.
Lesley worked as a Community Dementia Nurse Specialist prior to having her son. On return from maternity leave she worked as an Admiral Nurse with DementiaUK.
Lesley set up the Lifeline Support Service in May 2021 when she saw the need for specialist social support for individuals and their families in the local area.
Lesley is passionate about supporting our families and individuals by providing information, advice, respite and social opportunities which are person-centred and bespoke.
Emma qualified as a registered adult nurse in 2004. She first worked in the Army and then moved to A&E. Emma went on to qualify as a Midwife where her time was spent on labour ward supporting many women during labour and birth.
Emma worked her way up the nursing ladder and worked as a Patient Safety Lead for an acute hospital. Following her first son, she decided to go back to clinical nursing where she worked on the medical day centre in the hospital caring for all kinds of patients with varying medical needs.
Following her second son, Emma took a break from the NHS 2022 and worked in HR gaining her CIPD qualification, where she worked with Lifeline Support Service. Emma became a permanent member of the Lifeline Support Service from 2023.
Emma is passionate about making a positive impact to our service users and families by providing a holistic, supportive experience for them.
For the majority of her working life, Anita worked in partnership with Derbyshire County Council providing transport for people with learning difficulties and social needs, also working in Community Development addressing unmet rural transport needs.
In 2013 she found her true vocation and one she has never regretted since, and that is supporting people living with dementia. For the last 10 years Anita has worked as Activities Coordinator within a variety of Health Care and Voluntary settings.
Anita has a wealth of experience, and a genuine desire to provide the very highest level of service to those in our care.
