Lifeline Support Service is proud to announce that we have officially become registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means that our services have met the high standards set by the CQC.
Being CQC registered is a significant achievement for the team at Lifeline Support Service and demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our families.
The CQC is a regulatory body that oversees the quality and safety of health and social care services in England. Their inspections and evaluations ensure that facilities and providers are meeting the needs of their patients and adhering to the highest standards of care.
As a CQC registered service, Lifeline Support Service is able to offer our families peace of mind knowing that they are receiving care that has been evaluated and deemed safe and effective by a reputable regulatory body.
This registration also means that Lifeline Support Service is held accountable for maintaining these high standards of care and that regular inspections will be conducted to ensure that we continue to meet the CQC’s criteria.
We are thrilled to have received this recognition and are dedicated to providing our families with the highest level of care and support.
